If you live outside of Florida and are looking for a vacation home, a retirement home, or to relocate, think about Central Florida real estate. It's more affordable than the pricey beach communities, but it's still only an hour's drive to the coast. The most important aspect of a community like Tuscawilla is that the homes for sale feature stunning architecture, beautiful landscaping and all modern appliances, and yet cost less than similar homes in a more crowded, upscale beach community.  Let metro Orlando Realtor John Hambrick help you find real estate in Lake County, Osceola County, Orange County, Seminole County, Polk County, Brevard County and Volusia County.
